Using both traditional construction methods and more modern techniques, our commercial portfolio demonstrates our understanding of this sector:

• We were pleased to work on the new-build project for Halfords Manchester Fort, managing the scheme from conception to design, the steel-frame build and finally onto the shop and MOT centre fit-out;
• The Youth Hostel Association has been a client of ours for some time. Chapelgreen was instructed on the stand-out Boggle Hole YHA project, managing a challenging build to create a property which now offers exceptional accommodation;
• Locally, we work on commercial projects including significant extensions, adaptations and modular concept builds for restaurants, leisure and office spaces.
