La Boheme, Lymm

La Boheme, known as the best in the North West for exceptional French cuisine, needed an extension and refurbishment of its kitchen.

Our experience working within a live environment was called upon once again with this project, as it was decided that the restaurant would remain open during the construction. The team carried out a traditional build of brick and block cavity walling with a truss rafter roof structure; and we gave the roof a stand-out look by incorporating a shiny, new, zinc covering.

Internally, we built new changing rooms for the hard-working staff, new toilets, a shower room, a dry store to hold food goods, and brand new office facilities for the restaurant management team.

We received fantastic feedback from the restaurant, proving that this project was yet another success for the whole Chapelgreen team.
