Swan Street - Northern quarter, Manchester

Working alongside our long-time client Creative Support, Chapelgreen were instructed to carry out extensive modernisation and refurbishment fit out to this city centre working space within a multi storey and multiple occupancy building. The facility benefitted from a vast array of services for end users including a catering kitchen, music studio, hairdressing/wellbeing salon and break out areas.

The task of creating a modern and vibrant working space for the clients City centre operations was undertaken within the live building which posed numerous H&S restrictions and the usual issues when working within a city centre environment.  Out of hours working was undertaken to minimise the disruption to the surrounding offices and workspaces.

Works were completed within a tight timescale and budget with client, project administrator and end users all delighted with the end result.  

Formally opened by Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham it will hopefully provide many years of enjoyment for the client and all the users of the service and we are proud to have played our part in its development.
