Following a road traffic accident the client could not find a suitable property to meet his needs and this resulted in the demolition of an existing structure on a semi rural plot with the plans to build a house tailored to meet his needs.

The new two-storey property was constructed in a mixture of render panels and local stonework to blend with the surrounding landscape with extensive external works and landscaping. The internal layout included accommodation for a carer and was thoughtfully designed around the needs of the client. Specialist hoists, passenger lift, accessible hygiene areas including specialist bath and level thresholds throughout completed this home for life.

Chapelgreen utilised their extensive knowledge within the sector and used pre-approved subcontractors and suppliers who are accustomed to working with specialist equipment and construction details to address the challenges that arise when working within a DDA compliant building.
