Building on Chapelgreens growing reputation as one of the country’s leading developers of bespoke DDA adapted homes Laurel house posed a number of site based issues that the design and site teams had to overcome.

With extensive civil works including retaining walls, water proof tanking and large scale reduced level excavation this challenging project proved a tough test but the results speak for themselves.

The project was completed to the highest specification to a challenging programme with both the client and designer over the moon with the results as were all involved at Chapelgreen and our trusted sub contract supply chain.
