Replacement of single storey KS2 Circulation Area comprising of:

Demolish existing lean-to structure
Replaced with new structural UPVC window sections and aluminium doors.
Installed a new lightweight warm roof including flashings and rain water goods.
Plastering
Lighting, fire detection and door access control.
Decoration and flooring.
