Design & Build

Chapelgreen can lead a project from start to finish. We are able to work on a Design & Build basis, our expert team managing both functions to deliver a complete service, and we can also call upon experts such as structural engineers where required. All work, from design through to completion, is fully-insured and managed on site by SMSTS-qualified personnel.

At the conception of a project, particularly a D&B scheme, it is important to us to consult fully with you in order to understand your needs and the requirements of the proposed building. We take the time to work closely with you, ensuring you receive a truly personal service which considers your needs, the needs of those who will be using the building and your budget.

Construction

We cover the complete spectrum of commercial construction projects, leading builds using traditional, steel or more modern modular building methods.

Chapelgreen is your ‘national local builder’; our clients stretch right across the UK and we can operate wherever you may need us, supplying qualified individuals who we know and trust to work on your scheme.

We will consult with you at the outset, quickly building a relationship with you and ensuring that your expectations are clear and understood by our team. Projects are managed from pre-construction right through to completion, with one point of contact making on-site discussions and decisions simple and straightforward. All of our site managers are well-known to Chapelgreen and we have worked with them for some time; unlike many of our competitors, every site manager we supply has qualified under the Site Managers Safety Training Scheme and all sites have an appointed first-aider in place.

We take great pride in delivering a quality and thorough service which is completed on time, on budget and to specification.

Maintenance

Chapelgreen coordinates maintenance programmes across the UK for clients such as the Youth Hostel Association and Creative Support, a social care services provider and a growing number of schools, all of whom trust us to be able to respond quickly.

From your first call to the office, where you will speak directly to a human being, we will provide an integrated solution using trusted individuals with whom we work regularly; wherever possible, and to maintain consistency in our service levels, we always try to ensure that you receive the same personnel for each call-out.

Our maintenance programmes take a proactive, rather than reactive, approach, advising and consulting on preventative maintenance to help you avoid emergencies and manage costs.
