Chapelgreen donate 384 chocolate eggs to the Francis House Children’s Hospice Easter Chick Appeal

Chapelgreen Contracts were happy to donate 384 chocolate eggs again this year to the Francis House Children’s Hospice Easter Chick Appeal. A worthy appeal, where knitted chicks are stuffed with a chocolate egg and sold to raise funds directly for the hospice.  We were also happy to help in stuffing the chicks, with a big thanks to Abby Scott for volunteering.  We hope Francis House manage to raise their target of £50,000.

Hollywood Christmas Ball 2017

Chapelgreen Contracts recently attended the Hollywood Christmas Ball at The Mere Resort and Spa for the 2nd year running. All monies raised help with the running of Francis House Children’s Hospice, where Chapelgreen are proud to have carried out numerous projects over the past few years and hope to continue this close partnership for many more years to come.

Birstall Primary Academy opening ceremony

Chapelgreen today attended the official opening of an exciting project which was recently completed in Birstall, West Yorkshire.  The challenging build included extensive structural steelwork installation and alterations to form new classrooms and schools kitchen along with general refurbishment of the school hall.  Pictured below are Tracy Brabin MP, Mark Bradbury of Bradbury Consulting and Chapelgreen Contracts Manager Craig Williamson.

Chapelgreen headed off to the big smoke to attend the modular sectors largest exhibition to keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry.  We offer our own modular system and are looking to introduce the benefits of our system to a larger audience so picked up lots of new ideas we hope to implement in the very near future.  Watch this space! We are pleased to announce we have moved back to Chapel Street from our temporary home over at Inglestan as of the 17th August.  We are now at 88a Chapel Street so if your in the area please feel free to drop by for a brew and a nosy.  Plenty parking to the rear of the building.

Chapelgreen is a proud sponsor of several rugby league and rugby union teams in the Leigh area; we love both codes and it’s a great way to get involved in our local community.

We recently supported Dean Balmer, a plasterer who has worked on a few of our projects including YHA Boggle Hole, with a contribution of funds towards his British Amateur Rugby League Association (“BARLA”) trip to South Africa.
