Beck Primary School, Sheffield

Beck Primary required an extension to help expand the school to create much needed classroom space.

The works required us to remove the temporary classrooms and build a single storey extension to form 4 new classrooms.

Works included a traditional cavity construction using a truss system and suspended block & beam floor along with a posi-joist flat roof incorporating roof lights to ensure maximum natural light.

Works were completed in 25 weeks and the children are enjoying using their new classrooms which provide ample space to play and learn.
